Toni is a Licensed Social Worker and has over 10 years’ experience working in the field of Mental Health. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the IU School of Social Work, with a concentration in Mental Health and Addictions. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and relies heavily on CBT techniques using a Strengths Based approach. Toni’s style of therapy is authentic, respectful, and empathetic. She believes that each person possesses strengths they can utilize to rebuild after trauma, addiction, and loss. She has experience working with culturally diverse clients and families coping with mental health struggles and life challenges. Toni is passionate about helping others heal, achieve mental wellness, and learn to trust their innate resilience.
Personally, Toni enjoys spending time with her small son, houseplant mothering, and learning all she can about the world through books and documentaries.
